More than 15,000 enthusiastic supporters attended rallies in the village of Marko and Jalalabad city, in Nangahar province, in support of Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai.
Enthursiastic supporters at both events pointed to Ghani’s performance in the second presidential debate as evidence that Ghani has the experience, knowledge, and courage that the Afghan people want in its president.
Ghani reaffirmed his plans for reinstating the rule of law, growing the economy and improving services as the key to Afghan sovereignty.
Ghani urged all supporters to support a just order for Afghanistan by voting for him on August 20th.
